Åsa had her first job at Hill + Knowlton Strategies as early as 2004. In January 2006, the political party moderaterna hired her to their parliamentary office so that she could lead the work on the Alliance’s sprint campaign “the 100-hour campaign” – it continued for eight years. When the Alliance won the election, Åsa was offered a job in the Government Offices in the Prime Minister’s Office. Åsa was a political expert in various roles from the Prime Minister’s first day, to his last with the 2014 election loss.
Today, Åsa is Account Director and acting CEO of Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Sweden. She is a communications consultant primarily in corporate communications and public affairs with a passion for strategic and tactical communications work. Åsa is close to the overall perspective on corporate reputation and she works with her mind on the image and perception of the company or organization in the change work that customers want to do.
Åsa is a regular moderator and she often arranges workshops and similar gatherings.

Jessica Bissmark joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies in February 2021 as COO and is leading the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs team.
Jessica previously held the position as Head of Public Affairs Nordics at Klarna and has almost 20 years experience in corporate communication, media relations, lobbying and political campaigning. She is an expert in crisis management with experience from handling a vast number of incidents as well as giving lectures and advising clients.
In previous advisory roles she has experience from industries such as tech, banking, retail, construction and forestry. Brands include Teracom, Huawei, Teknikföretagen, IKEM, Indiska and Myrorna.
Previous roles include Communication and Sustainability Manager at the world leading packaging company BillerudKorsnäs, Head of Press at the Center Party and Account Director at the Communications Agency Springtime/H&H Group.
Jessica is engaged in local politics in Stockholm as well as volunteers at a Unizon Women’s Shelter

Carsten Carlsson has more than 20 years’ experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing PR, Crisis Management, Change Management, Issue Management, Public Affairs and Digital Strategy/Social Media.
Carsten has worked with, and within, some of the world’s leading companies and brands, including Procter & Gamble, Alere, GSK, Bayer Healthcare, General Mills, Google, Youtube, Kellogg’s, Telenor, 3, LG, Stanleybet and UFC. Additionally, he has also supported destinations such as Puerto Rico, Antalya, Riga to mention a few. His management experience includes Global Head of External Communication at DeLaval International, Managing Director Grayling Stockholm, Partner and CEO Firefly Communication Nordic, Head of Communication within the Telia Group in Sweden to mention some.
Carsten is a member of the Board of Directors at Misa, a company that offers work-oriented daycare activities for people with disabilities. Carsten got a bachelor’s degree in communication science.
