Jenny is CEO of the H+K office in Stockholm. She has worked in communications for 15 years, the last couple of years as Head of Communication & CSR at Telenor Sweden before returning to H+K Strategies. Prior to that Jenny headed the Corporate Communications practice within H+K Strategies Sweden. Internal communication, change management, employee branding, digital strategy as well as crisis and issues management are some of the expertise Jenny brings to the table.
Jenny has acted as an advisor and worked with projects for some of Sweden’s largest companies and governments – such as Ericsson, SAS, NCC, the Swedish Parliament administration and Preem with focus on digital strategy, change management, crisis management and internal communication. For both Tele2 and The Swedish History museum – Jenny has worked with external communication, social media and new ways of working with focus on dialogue. Today Jenny works with clients like Spotify, Doconomy, Huawei and HKTDC. From a European, Nordic and local perspective.
Jenny has been awarded with Cannes Lions and Guldägget 2017 with Ålandsbanken and 2019 with Doconomy. She has also won “Publishingpriset” with Barncancerfonden twice. She has been nominated at the Sabre awards and won the best Place Brander of the year with the project “Caught By Umeå”.
Jenny graduated from University of Mid Sweden with a bachelor’s in media and communication science with media technologies People and Society. Jenny act as advisor on boards such as the Swedish Governments focus on the Swedish IT Agenda, through Digitaliseringskommisionen and Civil Human Rights defenders work on innovation.

Lisa Vallgren is an Account Director and the COO at the H+K Stockholm office, and has worked with strategic communication, digital media and digital teams for more than 15 years.
Lisa has been responsible for large digital projects in both the public and private sector, as well as for NGO’s, both as a strategist, project manager and concept developer. Lisa’s expertise also includes internal communication and communication advisory.
At H+K Sweden Lisa is the Account Director for some of our largest clients and responsible for coordinating the Nordic teams and align and localize PR activities on our 4 different markets.
Before joining H+K, Lisa worked at FFW, a digital agency with operations in the Nordics, Europe and Asia. Lisa was Head of Office FFW Sweden and responsible for establishing FFW on the Swedish market. She has also held several positions with communications agency Intellecta Corporate and the Swedish road administration.
Lisa has also worked with large global clients such as Telenor, LG Electronics, MTR, Preem, AstraZeneca, BillerudKorsnäs and Transcom to mention a few.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering from Högskolan Dalarna in Sweden, and have also studied graphical technology, project management and behavioral science. She also has a degree as Key account manager from Yrkes Högskolan.

Carsten Carlsson has been working at Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Stockholm since 2014. Carsten’s focus is to support clients within business-to-business and business-to-consumer. Carsten Carlsson has more than 20 years’ experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing PR, Crisis Management, Change Management, Issue Management, Public Affairs and Digital Strategy/Social Media.

Since 2015 Åsa is working as account director at H+K Strategies in Stockholm. She is a communications expert on public affairs and corporate communications and have a passion for strategic thinking in communications.
She loves to help clients develop effective communications that help them achieve their business goals and increase their impact. Åsa has spoken at and facilitated countless workshops on themes like corporate reputation, public affairs and marketing campaigns. The audiences have been both local and international.
Åsa has more than 12 years of experience from the political area and with that said she knows where and how to influence. She has been working with political campaigns, and during 2006-2014 she was part of the Prime Minister’s staff. She was head of the PM’s correspondence and in that role she handled all types of political issues. Later she negotiated policy propositions within different political areas such as health and social affairs, immigrant integration and housing and urban development. Prior to working for the PM she was with H+K Strategies in Stockholm, working with PR, PA, health care and marketing communications.
Åsa has a bachelor’s degree in media- and communications and political science from the University of Stockholm. She has also participated in several courses regarding leadership, business development, rhetoric and body language.

Claes joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies Sweden in January 2019 and is our lead in Public Affairs and Crisis Communication. He comes from a position as Head of Press at MTR Nordic Group, a subsidiary of Hongkong based MTR that operates the Stockholm Metro and Commuter rail. Claes help clients with media relations, crisis management, corporate communication, public affairs – often targeted at society, infrastructure, education and industry. He has 10 years of experience within communications, partly in regulated markets in Sweden, for example public transportation and schools.
Claes is a long time activist and advocate in several NGOs on both local, national and international level. He has worked as a consultant in rhetoric and is an experienced moderator. Claes is currently a member of the City Council in Stockholm, and the board of Stockholm Business Region.
Claes has prior experience from a variety of positions from his own consultancy to CEO at Friskolornas Riksförbund (The Swedish association for independent schools), Head of press at Lärarförbundet (The Swedish Teachers’ Union) and MTR Nordic Group, Communications Consultant at JMW Communication, President of the Swedish National Union of Students and of Stockholm Pride, and board member of RFSL.
Claes have studied chemical engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and rhetoric, political science and gender studies at Södertörn University.
